A field ready for harvest begins with just a seed. The marathon runner crosses the finish line after 250 hours of intensive training. A priceless masterpiece begins with an empty canvas, paints, brushes, and the imagination and creativity of the artist.

So too are organizations and their leaders. Every person and the organizations they work for can be better because they’re designed for greatness. In order to realize that greatness, it takes an understanding of purpose, clarity of vision, a plan to execute what matters most, and the systems and processes that deliver desired results.

But greatness just doesn’t happen by itself.

It’s the result of understanding a person’s story, affirming existing competencies, and developing their innate potential. Every person needs a mentor or coach to become the most effective, transformative and disruptive force they can be.
