Meet Frank Borst
Frank Borst is the principal behind Masterpiece Consulting. A global C-level executive known for building high-performance organizations, Frank’s experience encompasses company turnarounds, start-ups, acquisitions, and building global infrastructure across a multitude of industries in both the for- and non-profit sectors. His role as a senior executive includes developing corporate strategy, branding, and culture. Frank earned his Master’s degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
Frank has served as a global executive in a variety of industries that include aerospace, broadcasting, telecom, financial services, healthcare, and non-profit. He has led business initiatives in North America, Europe, The Middle East, Africa and Asia that include overseas assignments in London and Singapore.
For his work in developing corporate culture, Frank has been recognized by FranklinCovey as a client partner of the year. Additionally, several companies under Frank’s leadership have been selected as a “Best Place to Work.” Over his career, Frank has coached over 1,000 professionals in both group and individual settings.
Frank and his wife Debbie have two grown sons, and spend their time living in Southern California and Vancouver, Washington. He enjoys fitness, the outdoors, music, and is a published amateur photographer. Frank is at his best professionally when he’s working with entrepreneurial, growth-minded organizations where his executive leadership and global business expertise contribute strategically to the company’s continued growth and success.
